Carolina Days Celebration: Carolina Kids Day at the Kaminski House

On Tuesday, June 30, the Kaminski House will proudly host Carolina Kids Day on its historic lawn in Georgetown, welcoming families for a special day of discovery, history, and celebration. Beginning at 10:00 a.m., this FREE community event will feature engaging activities for children of all ages, including historical tours, quill pen writing, detective games, book signings, and more, with participation from other local museums.

As part of the festivities commemorating the anniversary of the American Revolution, the Kaminski House, alongside the DAR, Colonial Dames, and Georgetown 250 organizations, will unveil the permanent Foxes on Front. The official ribbon cutting for the Fox Hunt will take place at 10:30 a.m. on the Kaminski House lawn, marking an exciting new interactive experience that connects Georgetown’s history, families, and community.
